Our Story
Jonathan and Stephanie Mandani, Founders of MangoWell
Jon is a trailblazer in technology architecture and leadership, while Stephanie is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Midwife. MangoWell began as a way for us to combine our professional experience to serve others meaningfully.
Our story begins with our families, both of which dedicated their lives to service. The Mandanis established a family-run medical practice that served low income and immigrant families in Los Angeles for over 50 years. The Tribbetts inspired and led people across the country—and around the world—through their organization Compassion Connect, which unites churches to serve their communities through compassionate medical care, support for at-risk youth, and the fight against human trafficking. We’ve seen firsthand the impact of our families’ lifelong commitment to service, and we carry the deep conviction that their work wasn’t just about good deeds—it was about building an eternal legacy that we’re honored to continue.
So why serve? People serve for many reasons, but we all know that loving others makes life better. We live in Maine and have raised three great kids, whom we hope will carry this legacy of service into the next generation.
